GENERAL CONDITIONS

The reimbursement of the amount of the tickets to the events acquired through the Purchaser, is guaranteed when the buyer cannot attend said event due to any of the causes indicated below until after five days past the event date. Proof of said causes must be provided. The documentation must be sent 15 days after the service is activated.

The service is exclusive to Spanish residents and had a limited amount of reimbursement for purchasers and events of 1200 €.

List of covered cancellation causes:

1. Serious illness, serious bodily injury or death of the purchaser and family members as defined in these General Conditions.

Serious illness is understood as an alteration in health confirmed by a medical professional, which requires hospitalization or the need to stay in bed, and that this situation occurs within the three days before the event, and that according to the criteria of the medical team of the Service Provider make attendance at the event medically impossible on the planned date. When the illness affects family members of the Purchaser, it will be considered serious when it requires hospitalization or entails the risk of imminent death and this situation occurs within the three days before the event.

A serious accident is understood as unintentional bodily harm on the part of the Purchaser, arising from the unforeseen action of an external cause, confirmed by a medical professional, involving hospitalization or the need to stay in bed, and that this situation occurs within the three days before the event. When the accident affects family members, as defined in this contract, it will be considered as serious when it requires hospitalization or entails the risk of imminent death and this situation occurs within the three days before the event.

2. Refunds caused by complications of pregnancy are guaranteed, provided there has been deterioration after the date of purchase of the service.

3. Serious damages due to theft, fire, flood, explosions, or due to the force of nature in the habitual residence or the professional premises, owned or leased by the purchaser. The damages must be such as to make the dwelling or premises uninhabitable or with a serious risk of causing further damages that justify their indispensable presence on the day of the event.

4. Purchaser losing his/her job. Under no circumstances will this guarantee come into force when employment ceases due to termination of the employment contract, voluntary resignation, or failure to pass the trial period. In any case, the guarantee purchase service must be contracted before the written communication of dismissal from the company to the employee.

5. Summons as a party, understood as such to the defendant or plaintiff, witness or jury in a judicial proceeding, as well as any mandate of the administration that requires their presence, that is received after the services are contracted and that obliges the Purchaser to attend on the date of the event.

6. Breakdown or accident involving the Purchaser’s vehicle, or that of his/her spouse, occurring witing the 48 hours before the event and that involves immobilization and makes it impossible for the Purchaser to attend the event. In any case, the vehicle must be taken to a garage to be repaired and the damages suffered confirmed. The purchaser must provide the corresponding invoice that proves the occurrence of the accident.

7. Geographical job transfer, where involves a change of the Purchaser’s habitual residence of more than 150 kilometers during the date of the event and if it is a worker with an employee contract. The transfer must have been notified to the Purchaser after subscribing to the service. For the purposes of this guarantee, habitual residence is understood to be that in which the Purchaser resides permanently for more than 6 months a year.

8. Delay in the arrival of the means of public transport used by the Purchaser to arrive at the event, provided that between the official time of arrival of said means of public transport to the city where the event is being held and the start time of the said event, measures a minimum of two hours. To process the payment it will be necessary to present supporting documents issued by the Entity Holder of the means of public transport certifying the delay. This compensation will take place as long as it has not been assumed by the Carrier Company. In any case, it is an indispensable requirement that the service is subscribed to at the time of confirmation of the reservation.

DEFINITIONS OF THE GUARANTEED TICKET PURCHASE SERVICE

THE PURCHASER is the natural or legal person with habitual residence in Spain who signs the contract with the provider and acquires a ticket for any commercial event on which the service is established and to which correspond the obligations deriving from it.

ADDRESS is understood to be the habitual residence of the Purchaser and is that which is included in the Guaranteed Purchase Service Contract.

CAUSE OF ACTIVATION OF THE SERVICE is any event that can be considered guaranteed by this contract. It is considered that it constitutes a sole and single cause, the event or series of harmful events due to the same original cause, regardless of the number of claimants or claims made.

CONTRACT is the document that contains the general conditions of the service. as well as the Particular Conditions that are included in it.

GUARANTEED AMOUNT is the amount established in the Particular Conditions, or where applicable, in the amount of the purchased tickets, which constitutes the maximum limit of the amount to be paid by the Provider in each cause.

LIMIT is the maximum amount the Purchaser will receive, as agreed in the contract, for event and purchase.

EPIDEMIC is the outbreak of an infectious disease that manifests itself in a large number of people, in a localized region, and in a relatively short space of time.

FAMILY MEMBERS: Only spouses, common-law partners, children, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, siblings, parents-in-law, sons and daughters-in-law and brothers and sisters-in-law of the Purchaser are considered to be family members. In addition, the legal guardians of the Purchaser will also have this status.

EXCLUSIONS OF THE GUARANTEED TICKET PURCHASE SERVICE

Excluded from the service are cancellations produced as a result of:

1. The consumption of alcohol, drugs, and narcotics, unless they have been prescribed by a doctor and consumed as prescribed.

2. The service won't be available for activation in either the case of a change of dates or cancellation of the event.

3. Psychiatric, mental or nervous Accidents resulting from participation in bets, contests, competitions, duels, and fights (except in cases of self-defense).

4. Civil or foreign war declared or not, riots, popular movements, acts of terrorism, as well as the conscious non-observance of official prohibitions.

5. Any effect from a radioactive, biological or chemical source.

6. Consultations or medical examinations, periodic check-ups, rehabilitation sessions and beauty treatment procedures.

7. When more than three days prior to the start of the event the situation of hospitalization or the need to stay in bed due to accident or serious illness has ceased.

8. Cases in which fraudulent purchases are detected, such as purchases for resale.

9. illnesses that do not need a hospital stay of more than three days.

10. Malicious acts, negligence on the part of the Purchaser, as well as self-harm injuries, suicide, or attempted suicide.

11. Epidemics, pandemics, endemics, COVID-19, quarantine, pollution, and natural disasters.

PROCEDURE

The buyer of the ticket must notify Onebox Ibérica, S.L, as soon as possible, the cause for the activation of the purchase guarantee service.

The buyer must activate the service using the form provided by Onebox Ibérica, S.L and certify the details of the incident to confirm the facts by providing the requested documentation within the deadlines established for their activation of the service.
