WHAT IS IT?

Usually, tickets for events have very strict reimbursement and refund policies. Ticket Secure offers you the possibility to buy your tickets with the peace of mind that in case any unexpected event occurs, you will be refunded the amount you paid for your tickets. Surely it has happened to you that a last-minute illness, an accident, the inclemency of the weather or even, a transportation delay made you can’t attend to the event. In these cases, it is very difficult or even impossible to get a refund of the money for your purchase.
Ticket Secure guarantees that if you cannot attend an event you will receive the full refund of your tickets, including surcharges or management fees. Ticket Secure is not an insurance policy, it is a refund service for the amount of your purchase.


WHAT CAUSES DOES THE SERVICE INCLUDE?

1. Serious illness, serious body injury, or death of the buyer and/or family members.
2. Serious damages to the buyer or companion’s home that by their nature do not allow them to attend the event.
3. Buyer losing his/her job due to dismissal.
4. Summons as a party in a judicial proceeding as well as any mandate of the administration that requires their presence.
5. Breakdown or accident involving the buyer’s vehicle, or that of his/her partner.
6. Geographical job transfer.
7. Delay in the public transportation used by the buyer to arrive at the event. .


 

HOW TO ASK FOR A REFUND?

The refund is guaranteed when the reason why you cannot attend the event is one of the causes indicated in the general conditions. The request for reimbursement can be requested up to 5 days after the date of the event and the indicated causes must be accredited through the documents requested at the time of activation of the service
The buyer must notify and activate the service as soon as possible within the established period, up to 5 days after the event, to process his request. The documentation must be sent 15 days after the service is activated.
The service has a limit of €1200 reimbursement per buyer and event.
Requests that do not respect the deadlines set by the service will not be processed.
